Terms of Donation & Waiver

1. Voluntary Donation. All payments made through this Boutique page are voluntary donations to Gizel and Gizels LLC. They are not the purchase of a product, course, or session, and they create no obligation on the part of Gizel or Gizels LLC to provide any specific service in return.

2. Non-Refundable. Once a donation is submitted and processed by our payment processor (Stripe), it is non-refundable. By completing this payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are giving freely and without expectation of refund.

3. Professional Acknowledgment. Gizel is an Intuitive and Wellness Practitioner. Gizel is not a medical doctor, licensed psychologist, financial advisor, marriage counselor, or lawyer, and is not claiming to have any such professional qualifications. Any information or ideas shared through Gizel's content, calls, or sessions are personal opinion and intuitive guidance, not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you have a medical or psychological condition, please consult a licensed professional.

4. Liability Waiver. In consideration of any services, information, or support I have received or may receive from Gizel and Gizels LLC, I hereby hold harmless Gizel, Gizels LLC, and any related entities from any and all liability arising from such services, information, and support, and I release and waive all claims for damages. This waiver is binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.

5. Intellectual Property. All written, audio, video, and visual material created and shared by Gizel — whether through live calls, courses, recordings, articles, or social media — is the sole intellectual property of Gizel and/or Gizels LLC and is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared in whole or in part without explicit written permission.

6. Privacy. Your name and email (if provided) are stored solely to issue your receipt and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store them.

7. No Live Session Reservation. A Boutique donation does not reserve a seat in any live group healing session, private session, or program. Live sessions are booked separately on the main site.

8. Electronic Signature. By drawing your signature below and clicking "Pay", you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full, that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that you accept these terms on your own free will.
